Capital Smart City is a housing project of Future Holdings Developments private Limited launched in association with M/S Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd which is a well-known name in the industry of housing and constructions. Capital Smart City is a legal housing project and its NOC has been approved by RDA. It is designed by Norman Foster Meinhardt Group Singapore, While the consulting companies are Future Developments Ltd. and Engineering Dimensions Ltd.
It is planned to be an eco-friendly smart city that will provide excellent residential and business opportunities to its residents. The developers have planned this smart city on the principles of self-sustainability keeping in view the projected influx of population in Rawalpindi & Islamabad over time.
The society is ideally located close to Thalian Interchange at about 9.2 KM distance from M-2 Toll Plaza. It has got easy access through chakri road, moreover its dedicated interchange from motorway has also been approved by FWO.

Since New Islamabad International Airport is going to shape the future of developments in Islamabad, the location of Capital Smart City is of vital importance. Development work on the project has already been initiated by HRL. Current development is planned over an area of about 25000 kanals of land, however the project will be expanded further over time in order to materialize the concept of a smart city.

Capital Smart City Islamabad offers a variety of options including residential plots, commercial plots, luxury villas and farm houses. However, they have initially launched bookings of limited 5 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots on 3.5 years installments plan.
